Born and raised in New York City, Cohen is breaking his way into the center of the contemporary glass scene. For an extensive/intensive 16 years of instruction in glass craft, Cohen studied under such notable glass artists as Jeremy Lepisto, Deborah Horrell, and Jiyong Lee. In 2007 he did post-bac work at Tsingua University in Beijing, China under Professor Wang Zhang Zong. Cohen has been involved in several workshops at Pilchuck Glass School as a student, staff, teaching assistant, and visiting artist’s assistant.  He currently lives and works in Healdsburg, CA.
